Abstract

Hybrid organic/inorganic halide perovskites define a new class of semiconductors for optoelectronics and photovoltaics. The chemistry and electronic coupling between perovskite and adjacent functional layer such as charge transport materials remain critical parameters to tailor optimal functionality. I will present our current developments in interfacial design and analysis for halide perovskite thin -film and quantum dot devices with specific focus on photoemission spectroscopy measurements.
